Job summary
The Sr Business Analyst will collaborate with cross functional teams to define product requirements optimize mobile application workflows and translate complex business needs into clear Flutter and iOS solutions that align with organizational strategy while working in a hybrid model and ensuring high quality digital experiences for customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business objectives into clear actionable functional requirements for Flutter and iOS applications that directly support strategic digital initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with product managers architects and engineering teams to refine user stories acceptance criteria and backlog priorities ensuring timely and predictable delivery of mobile features.
- Analyze existing business processes within the mobile ecosystem to identify gaps inefficiencies and improvement opportunities that can be addressed through Flutter and iOS capabilities.
- Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather clarify and validate detailed business and technical needs in a hybrid working environment.
- Document end to end business workflows use cases and process maps that guide design and development of robust performant and secure Flutter and iOS applications.
- Partner with UX and UI specialists to ensure that user journeys and interface designs align with documented requirements and deliver intuitive and inclusive digital experiences.
- Validate technical feasibility of proposed mobile solutions by collaborating with Flutter and iOS developers and by assessing impacts on existing services data flows and integrations.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirement traceability ensuring that each implemented feature in Flutter and iOS aligns with approved business needs and compliance standards.
- Support quality assurance teams by defining test scenarios reviewing test cases and clarifying expected outcomes to ensure high levels of reliability usability and performance.
- Monitor production releases and post release feedback to analyze defects usage patterns and enhancement requests helping teams refine future Flutter and iOS product increments.
- Prepare and deliver status reports dashboards and requirement summaries for stakeholders explaining progress risks and dependencies in a clear and data driven manner.
- Guide junior analysts and cross functional partners by sharing analytical techniques requirement practices and domain knowledge without serving in a formal leadership role.
- Align day to day analysis activities with organizational purpose by ensuring that mobile features contribute to better customer experiences more efficient operations and positive societal impact through accessible digital services.
Qualifications
- Combine eight to ten years of professional business analysis experience with a strong track record of working on complex enterprise scale software initiatives.
- Demonstrate hands on exposure to Flutter projects including familiarity with widgets state management patterns and integration considerations from a business requirement perspective.
- Show practical experience with iOS application projects including understanding of platform guidelines performance considerations and release processes relevant to requirement definition.
- Apply advanced skills in requirements elicitation process mapping and documentation using tools such as workflow diagramming and backlog management applications.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with the capacity to interpret data metrics and performance indicators to refine requirements and measure solution success.
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders using clear concise and inclusive language in both written and verbal formats within hybrid collaboration channels.
- Utilize knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to break down epics refine user stories and participate actively in ceremonies including refinement and review.
- Maintain familiarity with mobile security privacy and accessibility expectations translating these constraints into nonfunctional requirements for Flutter and iOS solutions.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving product roadmaps while maintaining structured documentation and traceability across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP or PMI Professional in Business Analysis PMI PBA or equivalent mobile product analysis certification.
