En tant qu’ingénieur en IA, vous apporterez une contribution significative en concevant et en développant des applications évolutives basées sur l'IA générative et la génération augmentée par récupération (RAG), soutenant nos projets d'IA d'entreprise. Vous ferez partie intégrante de notre équipe Ingénierie de l'IA et collaborerez avec les responsables de produits, architectes de solutions et groupes d'ingénierie transversaux afin de concevoir des solutions d'intelligence artificielle performantes, génératrices de valeur concrète et mesurable pour l’entreprise.
Vos missions :
• Concevoir, construire et maintenir des applications Web à l’aide de Python, Node.js et React
• Créer et gérer des API qui orchestrent les flux de travail RAG, y compris la récupération, la gestion des invites et l’interaction avec le modèle
• Concevoir des flux d’orchestration et des agents d’IA à l’aide d’outils tels que Semantic Kernel, LangChain ou LangGraph
• Mettre en œuvre l’observabilité et la surveillance pour les applications d'IA générative à l’aide des outils de surveillance LangSmith et Azure
• Résoudre les problèmes liés à la RAG, notamment la qualité de récupération, la latence et la précision de l'ancrage des réponses

Les compétences essentielles
• Solide expérience dans la création d’applications Web à l'aide de Python, Node.js et React
• Expérience pratique dans le développement et la gestion des pipelines RAG et des flux de travail de récupération
• Maîtrise des frameworks d’orchestration en IA comme Semantic Kernel, LangChain ou LangGraph.
• Expérience de la mise en œuvre de l’observabilité et de la surveillance pour les systèmes d'IA générative (par exemple, LangSmith, Azure Monitor)
• Capacité à résoudre les problèmes complexes des applications d'intelligence artificielle, y compris la qualité de récupération, la latence et la précision de l'ancrage des réponses
Les atouts pour votre réussite
• Expérience des bases de données vectorielles (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search)
• Connaissance des techniques de réglage fin (fine-tuning) des LLM, de l’ingénierie des invites (prompt engineering) et des cadres d’évaluation
• Connaissance des services d’IA Azure, y compris l’hébergement et le déploiement de modèles
• Expérience pertinente en MLOps ou en développement de plateformes d’IA
• Expérience du travail en environnement d’entreprise avec des équipes d’ingénierie transversales

AI Engineer

About the role

As an AI Engineer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable GenAI and RAG‑based applications that support our enterprise AI initiatives. You will be a valued member of the AI Engineering team and work collaboratively with product owners, solution architects, and cross‑functional engineering groups to build high‑quality AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, and React
  • Create and manage APIs that orchestrate RAG workflows, including retrieval, prompt handling, and model interaction
  • Build AI orchestration and agent workflows using tools such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph
  • Implement observability and monitoring for GenAI applications using LangSmith and Azure monitoring tools
  • Troubleshoot RAG‑related issues, including retrieval quality, latency, and grounding accuracy

What you need to have to be considered

  • Strong experience building web applications using Python, Node.js, and React
  • Hands‑on experience developing and managing RAG pipelines and retrieval workflows
  • Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LangGraph
  • Experience implementing observability and monitoring for GenAI systems (e.g., LangSmith, Azure Monitor)
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex AI application issues, including retrieval quality, latency, and grounding accuracy

These will help you stand out

  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search)
  • Familiarity with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
  • Knowledge of Azure AI services, including model hosting and deployment
