8+ years QA engineering experience on ERP platforms . NetSuite preferred. Oracle EBS or equivalent enterprise ERP platforms also considered

Order to Cash Supply Chain and Financial module testing
Responsibilities
- Design automated test frameworks for Oracle Cloud ERP modules that validate complex business flows and ensure stable enterprise deployments.
- Develop comprehensive automated regression suites that cover critical Oracle Cloud ERP configurations and customizations to reduce manual testing effort.
- Implement robust testing strategies for integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and adjacent enterprise systems to prevent data and process defects.
- Create detailed test plans and test cases that align with functional requirements and ensure full coverage of core financial and operational processes.
- Collaborate with functional analysts and developers in a hybrid work model to clarify requirements and define effective test scenarios.
- Review technical design documents and solution specifications to proactively identify test risks and quality gaps before development completion.
- Optimize automated test execution pipelines by configuring efficient scheduling and reporting within continuous integration and continuous delivery ecosystems.
- Maintain reusable test data management approaches that support repeatable Oracle Cloud ERP test runs across multiple environments.
- Analyze automation results and production incidents to identify systemic quality issues and propose improvements in test coverage and design.
- Coordinate with performance and security testing partners to ensure Oracle Cloud ERP solutions meet enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
- Document clear traceability between requirements test cases and defects to provide transparent quality metrics for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior quality engineering peers by sharing Oracle Cloud ERP testing practices and structured approaches to automation design.
- Align testing outcomes with organizational quality objectives so that reliable Oracle Cloud ERP releases support business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess seven to ten years of dedicated experience in software testing with strong focus on test automation and quality engineering.
- Demonstrate deep hands on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP including configuration awareness and validation of end to end business processes.
- Apply industry essentials domain knowledge to design realistic test scenarios that reflect actual business operations and regulatory needs.
- Use programming or scripting skills with at least one modern language to implement maintainable automated test frameworks.
- Employ continuous integration tools and version control systems to integrate automated tests into standardized delivery pipelines.
- Utilize structured testing methodologies and defect management tools to drive consistent and traceable quality outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with cross functional partners in hybrid work settings to align testing priorities and resolve defects efficiently.
- Adopt analytical and problem solving skills to investigate complex defects and recommend sustainable quality improvements.
