Job summary

Serve as a business analyst within a hybrid work model translating complex business needs into scalable digital solutions using SQL Java Springboot microservices JavaScript PL or SQL on mySQL and AWS services. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to deliver secure reliable and efficient applications that advance enterprise goals and create meaningful value for end users.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and requirements in detail to define clear functional and nonfunctional specifications that guide design of scalable solutions using SQL Java and microservice patterns on Springboot and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs refine user stories and acceptance criteria and ensure that each increment delivers measurable value to customers and the organization.
  • Document end to end process flows data mappings and system interaction diagrams that clearly explain how PL or SQL on mySQL Java services JavaScript front ends and AWS components work together to support business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical tasks clarify edge cases and validate that database logic Java and JavaScript implementations align with expected behavior and performance goals.
  • Perform detailed data analysis using SQL and PL or SQL on mySQL to identify patterns validate data quality support decision making and proactively highlight data related risks or gaps in existing solutions.
  • Support design and review of Springboot microservices by defining interface contracts payload structures and error handling scenarios that improve interoperability resilience and maintainability.
  • Work closely with quality engineering teams to define test strategies create test scenarios based on user journeys and verify that functional behavior integrations and data transformations meet requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with cross functional partners to present solution options explain technical trade offs in accessible terms and secure alignment on chosen approaches and delivery timelines.
  • Use AWS capabilities such as managed databases messaging and compute services in collaboration with architects to propose solution patterns that improve scalability security and cost effectiveness for business services.
  • Prepare clear user documentation release notes and training material that help business teams adopt new features quickly and reduce dependency on technical teams for routine operational queries.
  • Monitor production issues and incident trends in partnership with support teams analyze root causes in microservices SQL logic or JavaScript flows and recommend backlog items that strengthen stability and user satisfaction.
  • Apply structured delivery practices and agile ceremonies within the hybrid work model by planning sprints tracking progress and maintaining transparent communication channels with on site and remote stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending data driven enhancements automation opportunities and reusable solution patterns that advance the company technology strategy and deliver positive impact for society.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and PL or SQL on mySQL with the ability to design queries optimize performance and interpret complex data sets to support analytical and transactional use cases.
  • Bring hands on experience in Java and Springboot based microservices including design of REST interfaces integration patterns and application of secure coding and modular design principles.
  • Possess solid practical knowledge of JavaScript for user interface interactions validation logic and integration with backend services in modern web applications.
  • Show proven exposure to AWS cloud services relevant to application hosting data storage and messaging while understanding shared responsibility concepts and cost aware design considerations.
  • Exhibit six to nine years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in technology driven environments with a track record of converting business goals into actionable technical requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences using clear language structured documentation and collaborative problem solving approaches within diverse teams in a hybrid work setup.
