Job Summary

Serve as a senior consultant specializing in o9 demand planning and o9 supply chain analytics translating complex business needs into scalable o9 platform solutions. Apply advanced analytical skills and domain knowledge in sales planning and execution and supply chain management to improve forecasting accuracy inventory health and service levels in a hybrid work environment with day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand demand planning objectives and translate them into robust o9 demand planning configurations that improve forecast accuracy and planning agility in a hybrid work setup.
  • Design and optimize o9 demand planning workflows that support end to end planning cycles ensuring data integrity forecast consensus and timely alignment with commercial and operations teams.
  • Develop advanced analytical models within o9 supply chain analytics that reveal demand patterns seasonality and causal drivers enabling data informed scenario analysis and decision making.
  • Configure and tune o9 planning parameters to balance service levels working capital and operational constraints ensuring that proposed solutions can be executed reliably across regions and product portfolios.
  • Prepare and validate data integration requirements for o9 solutions by working closely with data engineering and IT teams ensuring clean consistent and timely data flows across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Conduct detailed fit gap analysis between current client processes and o9 platform capabilities recommending pragmatic process changes and solution enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
  • Create clear user stories configuration documents and functional specifications that guide development and testing activities while maintaining full traceability from requirements to delivered o9 features.
  • Plan and execute functional testing system integration testing and user acceptance testing for o9 demand planning and analytics features documenting defects and ensuring that remediation meets business expectations.
  • Deliver structured end user training and create concise reference materials focused on demand planners sales operations teams and supply chain analysts promoting confident adoption of the o9 platform.
  • Monitor live performance of o9 demand planning solutions after go live analyzing forecast bias and accuracy metrics and recommending fine tuning actions that continuously improve planning outcomes.
  • Partner with sales planning and execution stakeholders to align demand plans with promotion calendars new product introductions and account level strategies thereby improving revenue realization and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with supply chain management teams to ensure that demand signals generated in o9 are effectively translated into supply and inventory plans reducing stock outs and excess inventory risk.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and planning insights from o9 dashboards in a clear narrative that informs executive decisions and supports the company mission to deliver reliable and sustainable products to society.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate solid hands on experience in configuring and using o9 demand planning modules including forecast modeling consensus planning and performance monitoring for medium to large enterprises.
  • Show proven experience in o9 supply chain analytics including design of analytical dashboards key performance indicators and root cause analysis for demand and supply imbalances.
  • Apply working knowledge of o9 platform concepts such as planning hierarchies time buckets scenarios and planning engines to deliver scalable and maintainable client solutions.
  • Bring practical domain experience in sales planning and execution including promotion planning account level planning and performance tracking to design solutions that resonate with commercial teams.
  • Utilize strong understanding of supply chain management concepts such as demand planning supply planning inventory optimization and service level management to ensure end to end process coherence.
  • Demonstrate six to eight years of relevant experience in consulting or industry planning roles showing consistent responsibility for solution design configuration and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in hybrid teams across functions and geographies ensuring shared understanding of planning goals and solution capabilities.
