Google Ads Support Specialist
About the role
As a Google Ads Support Specialist, you will make an impact by delivering exceptional, high-touch support to premium enterprise users, helping them maximize the value of their Google Ads investment. You will be a valued member of the Customer Experience team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive customer success and satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Provide best-in-class support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Manage and resolve complex, time-sensitive inquiries while meeting strict service level expectations.
- Translate technical advertising concepts into clear, actionable guidance tailored to user needs.
- Leverage tools, including AI-based solutions, to investigate issues, provide accurate resolutions, and optimize outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with users by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively delivering solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and continuously improve workflows based on feedback and new processes.
Work model
This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week onsite in (Buenos Aires) and 1 day working from home.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 20:00, with an initial onboarding period of the first 8 weeks from 09:00 to 18:00.
The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in, as well as business and client requirements.
What you need to have to be considered
- Native Spanish proficiency and advanced level of English (written and verbal).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer experience, or client-facing roles, ideally supporting premium or enterprise users.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to resolve complex or ambiguous issues.
These will help you stand out
- Experience working with digital advertising platforms, preferably Google Ads.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini or similar) to enhance productivity and solutions.
- Experience supporting high-value or enterprise-level users.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Strong adaptability, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
