- Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that meet business requirements across various-sized projects
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of FSC applications, acting as the primary point of contact for FSC initiatives
- Lead and manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
- Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams, including participating in declarative configuration and customized development when required
- Design, maintain, and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems

What you need to have to be considered
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is preferred
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification is required
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the technology industry and 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce Financial Services Cloud projects, including FSC platform configuration
- Proven experience designing declarative solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approvals, and flows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical and functional solutions
- Fintech or financial services industry experience is required

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and platform customizations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations involving external systems
- Strong ability to independently analyze and design complex solutions under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile delivery and development methodologies
- Proven communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to executives and business stakeholders
- Experience mentoring team members and supporting knowledge sharing initiatives
