As a Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) developer, you will make an impact by serving as the primary point of contact for Salesforce FSC projects and for maintaining the platform. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, project teams, and clients to design, implement, and support scalable Financial Services Cloud solutions.
In this role, you will:
  • Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that meet business requirements across various-sized projects
  • Lead the design, build, and configuration of FSC applications, acting as the primary point of contact for FSC initiatives
  • Lead and manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams, including participating in declarative configuration and customized development when required
  • Design, maintain, and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems

What you need to have to be considered

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is preferred
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification is required
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the technology industry and 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce Financial Services Cloud projects, including FSC platform configuration
  • Proven experience designing declarative solutions, including custom objects, workflows, approvals, and flows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical and functional solutions
  • Fintech or financial services industry experience is required

  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and platform customizations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations involving external systems
  • Strong ability to independently analyze and design complex solutions under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile delivery and development methodologies
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to executives and business stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring team members and supporting knowledge sharing initiatives

Salary and Other Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between CAD $70,000p.a – $120,000p.a. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
