About the Role
As an OS & Identity Platform SME-– Windows Server · Red Hat RHEL · Active Directory PKI, you will take ownership of critical enterprise identity and operating system platforms that underpin authentication, access, and system stability across the organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on maintaining the health, security, and resilience of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
You will operate at the heart of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring seamless authentication services, resolving complex cross-platform issues, and safeguarding identity services that business operations depend on every day.
In This Role, You Will:
- Monitor and resolve Active Directory replication and domain controller health issues to ensure directory consistency and availability
- Troubleshoot Kerberos authentication failures, including time skew, SPN conflicts, and ticketing errors
- Maintain SYSVOL integrity and manage Group Policy (GPO) changes across enterprise environments
- Respond to and remediate large-scale authentication outages impacting multiple systems and services
- Diagnose and fix Windows Server and Red Hat RHEL service failures, including performance degradation and resource saturation
- Execute daily and weekly health checks across domain controllers, RHEL hosts, and PKI infrastructure
- Maintain and continuously update a dependency map covering DNS, VMware, Active Directory, and backup systems
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to resolve complex, cross-domain incidents

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise identity and operating system operations
- Strong expertise in Active Directory — replication, FSMO roles, SYSVOL, ADSI
- Deep understanding of Kerberos authentication — ticket lifecycle, SPN management, NTP synchronization, delegation
- Hands-on experience with Group Policy — GPO creation, RSoP analysis, ADMX templates
- Solid experience in PKI (ADCS) — certificate authority hierarchy, certificate templates, CRL/OCSP management
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server — AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Event Viewer, Performance Monitor
- Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) — systemd, SSSD/realmd (AD integration), SELinux, firewalld
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex identity and OS-level issues in enterprise environments

- Exposure to hybrid identity setups or integration with cloud identity providers
- Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools
