Consulting Analyst

Job Summary

Consulting Analyst role in a global organization focusing on design and delivery of generative AI solutions for enterprise clients in a hybrid work model with day shift and no travel requirement. The analyst will translate complex business problems into practical AI powered outcomes that enhance efficiency and create measurable value for customers and society.

Role: AI Developer

• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and Generative AI fundamentals

• Experience in AI agent development, including LangGraph

• Backend development using FastAPI and database experience with PostgreSQL

• Frontend exposure to React

• Knowledge of ML models and data ingestion pipelines

• Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand business challenges that can be addressed using generative AI and related advanced analytics solutions ensuring clarity on success criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured problem statements and solution hypotheses that can be addressed using generative AI models and surrounding data workflows.
• Design end to end generative AI solutions including prompt strategies data preparation workflows model integration patterns and evaluation approaches tailored to client environments.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to plan and validate model experiments that balance accuracy robustness and operational feasibility for production use.
• Develop clear consulting deliverables such as solution blueprints operating models implementation roadmaps and value realization plans focused on generative AI adoption.
• Produce high quality client ready presentations and documents that explain generative AI concepts risks controls and benefits in a concise and accessible manner for non technical audiences.
• Coordinate with product owners and business teams to prioritize generative AI use cases based on impact feasibility regulatory constraints and alignment with organizational strategy.
• Guide the definition of evaluation metrics testing approaches and feedback loops to continuously improve generative AI solutions after deployment.
• Partner with risk compliance and security colleagues to embed responsible AI principles including fairness transparency and governance into proposed generative AI solutions.
• Document current state processes and design target state workflows that embed generative AI capabilities while improving efficiency and user experience for business teams.
• Facilitate working sessions and demos to gather feedback refine requirements and ensure that proposed generative AI solutions are practical and adoptable by end users.
• Estimate effort timelines and resource needs for consulting engagements in generative AI supporting planning activities and helping optimize delivery schedules.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets reusable templates and reference architectures that accelerate future generative AI consulting work and improve overall organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Showcase extensive consulting experience in analyzing business processes and designing data driven solutions gained over multiple years in client facing projects.
• Demonstrate proven hands on exposure to generative AI concepts such as prompt design model evaluation and integration with enterprise applications using modern technology stacks.
• Exhibit strong familiarity with common machine learning and natural language processing approaches enabling effective collaboration with technical specialists and solution architects.
• Display proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data including text documents and knowledge repositories to support generative AI use cases.
• Apply excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate technical topics into clear narratives that influence senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Utilize prior experience in hybrid work environments to collaborate effectively across distributed teams while maintaining high levels of accountability and delivery quality.
• Leverage proven consulting skills such as stakeholder management requirement elicitation and issue resolution to keep generative AI engagements on track and outcome focused.
• Employ strong documentation and analytical capabilities to create robust solution artifacts process maps and implementation plans that can be executed by multidisciplinary teams.

Experience Range : 3-10 Years

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include generative AI professional credentials or cloud AI certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent.
