Job Summary

Sr Software Engineer B3 will design and deliver robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services while working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel expectations. The role focuses on building scalable front end and mid tier components using Object Oriented JavaScript Angular TypeScript Node JS and responsive web standards aligned to enterprise quality and security practices.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex web application features using Object Oriented JavaScript and TypeScript to deliver highly maintainable and scalable solutions that support the enterprise product roadmap.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces with Angular versions nine to twelve HTML five and CSS three to ensure consistent and accessible experiences across modern browsers and devices.
  • Build and enhance backend services using Node JS to support secure data exchange efficient business logic execution and reliable integration with internal and external systems.
  • Apply modular design patterns and component based architectures in Angular to promote code reuse improve testability and reduce long term maintenance effort across the application portfolio.
  • Optimize application performance by profiling critical paths refining change detection strategies and tuning client side rendering to improve perceived responsiveness and user satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive unit tests and integration tests using industry standard frameworks to ensure robust functionality and prevent regressions during continuous delivery cycles.
  • Use GitHub for branching code reviews and pull requests to maintain clean version histories enforce coding standards and support collaborative development in a hybrid work environment.
  • Document technical designs architectural decisions and implementation details in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge sharing and future onboarding of engineering talent.
  • Collaborate closely with product management user experience specialists and quality engineering colleagues to refine requirements clarify acceptance criteria and deliver features that align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify technical risks propose mitigation strategies and drive incremental refactoring activities to keep the codebase modern secure and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Participate in sprint planning estimations and retrospectives in a day shift schedule to provide accurate effort forecasts and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers through code review feedback pairing sessions and informal guidance to uplift overall team capability in Object Oriented JavaScript Angular and Node JS development.
  • Contribute to the company purpose by building secure inclusive and reliable digital experiences that help clients operate efficiently while positively impacting communities through accessible technology.


Qualifications

  • Possess eight to twelve years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on full stack web development using JavaScript based technologies in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Object Oriented JavaScript and TypeScript including familiarity with classes modules and asynchronous programming patterns applied in large scale applications.
  • Exhibit deep hands on experience with Angular versions nine to twelve covering reactive forms routing state management concepts and integration with RESTful services.
  • Show strong skills in HTML five and CSS three including responsive layouts accessibility considerations and alignment with modern design systems for consistent user interfaces.
  • Bring practical experience with Node JS based services such as building APIs handling asynchronous I O operations and integrating with databases or messaging platforms.
  • Use GitHub effectively for version control including branching strategies pull request workflows and collaborative code review practices in distributed teams.
  • Display familiarity with secure coding practices basic web security concepts and performance optimization techniques relevant to JavaScript driven web applications.
  • Prefer experience in hybrid work models with strong communication and documentation habits that enable effective collaboration across on site and remote colleagues.
