Job Summary

Sr Software Engineer B2 role for an MNC hybrid work model in day shift focusing on designing and building scalable mobile and web applications using React Native Java Spring Boot and AWS with strong SQL and PL or SQL mySQL skills and emphasis on secure performant services that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes across global markets


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high quality mobile applications using React Native to deliver reliable and intuitive experiences for users across platforms
  • Implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support secure scalable and maintainable business functionality
  • Design and optimize relational database schemas using SQL and PL or SQL mySQL to ensure data integrity and efficient query performance for critical workloads
  • Develop reusable JavaScript components and utilities to promote consistency maintainability and productivity across frontend projects
  • Integrate applications with AWS services such as compute storage and messaging to achieve resilient scalable and cost efficient solutions
  • Create and maintain RESTful interfaces between React Native clients and Spring Boot services to ensure predictable and secure data exchange
  • Write unit integration and regression tests for frontend backend and database components to enhance quality reduce defects and support confident deployments
  • Analyze performance metrics logs and user feedback to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements in application responsiveness and reliability
  • Collaborate with product managers architects designers and testers to refine requirements estimate efforts and align solutions with business objectives
  • Review code from peers and provide constructive feedback to uphold coding standards security practices and long term maintainability
  • Automate build test and deployment pipelines using industry standard tools to improve release frequency stability and overall engineering efficiency
  • Document system designs APIs and operational procedures in clear concise language to support future enhancements and efficient onboarding of new team members
  • Mentor less experienced engineers through pair programming design discussions and example driven guidance to strengthen overall team capability


Qualifications

  • possess a bachelors degree or higher in computer science engineering or a related discipline with substantial experience in complex software delivery
  • demonstrate eight to twelve years of hands on experience in designing developing and deploying enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • exhibit strong proficiency in building cross platform mobile applications with React Native and JavaScript including state management and performance tuning
  • show advanced skills in writing complex SQL and PL or SQL mySQL queries procedures and performance optimization for transactional and analytical workloads
  • display practical experience using AWS services for application hosting database management and secure integration patterns in production environments
  • apply sound understanding of software design principles coding standards and secure development practices to deliver maintainable and robust solutions
  • bring proven experience in working within hybrid teams collaborating effectively across onsite and remote colleagues using modern communication tools
  • demonstrate familiarity with agile methodologies including iterative development backlog refinement sprint planning and continuous improvement practices
  • show capability to troubleshoot complex production issues by analyzing logs data and metrics and then implementing durable corrective actions
  • communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to explain tradeoffs timelines and solution approaches in an accessible manner
  • commit to ongoing learning by exploring emerging tools frameworks and cloud capabilities relevant to React Native Java Spring Boot and AWS ecosystems
  • illustrate a track record of delivering software that improves customer experiences increases operational efficiency and contributes positively to organizational goals
