Job Summary
Serve as a Solution Architect specializing in Anaplan designing scalable planning solutions that align with complex enterprise needs and support critical decision making across business functions. Responsibilities
Design end to end Anaplan solutions that translate business planning requirements into scalable models that improve forecast accuracy and operational visibility across the enterprise.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture detailed planning processes and convert them into efficient Anaplan model structures that enable transparent and repeatable outcomes.Configure and optimize Anaplan modules lists line items and hierarchies to support complex scenarios while maintaining strong model performance and ease of maintenance.Develop calculation logic and data transformation flows within Anaplan that streamline planning cycles and reduce manual effort for planning and analytics teams.Coordinate data integration activities between Anaplan and source systems in partnership with data engineering teams to ensure consistent timely and reliable data availability for critical planning processes.Create and refine user friendly dashboards and reporting views in Anaplan that empower business users to analyze scenarios compare outcomes and make confident decisions.Establish and uphold modeling standards naming conventions and best practices in Anaplan to ensure long term sustainability reuse and governance across multiple projects.Guide testing cycles by preparing test scenarios supporting user acceptance testing and resolving defects to ensure that implemented Anaplan solutions meet functional and nonfunctional expectations.Document solution designs technical configurations data flows and operational run books so that support teams and business users can operate and evolve the Anaplan platform effectively.Partner with product management and planning process owners to continuously refine Anaplan capabilities that support strategic objectives and deliver measurable value to the organization and society.Advise teams on how Anaplan can be used to improve planning for tech device product benchmarking where relevant including comparative performance analysis and scenario planning for new offerings.Support change management activities by preparing training materials and guiding users through new Anaplan features so that adoption is smooth and planning processes are resilient.Monitor implemented Anaplan solutions in production analyze usage patterns and recommend incremental improvements that enhance reliability performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Possess 8 to 10 years of overall professional experience with significant focus on enterprise planning or analytics solutions in complex organizational environments.Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in Anaplan model building including experience designing modules formulas and data flows for finance supply chain or sales planning domains.Show experience working in hybrid work models while effectively collaborating across onsite and remote teams in a structured day shift schedule.Bring exposure to tech devices or product benchmarking domains as a desirable advantage using analytical thinking to compare product attributes pricing and performance metrics where applicable.Exhibit solid understanding of data modeling dimensional structures and integration concepts that support reliable information flow into Anaplan from upstream systems.Display excellent communication and stakeholder management skills that support clear requirement gathering expectation alignment and collaborative problem solving.Apply systematic problem solving skills and attention to detail to diagnose model issues performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies in a timely and structured manner.
