We are currently looking for a Crisis Response Agent to work as part of one of the world's biggest platforms.
What will you do?
Seeking discerning individuals plugged into internet technologies and developing news stories. You will be working on the leading edge of fast-developing incidents including most man-made and natural disasters. Candidates can expect a fast-paced, energetic environment working on a team that delivers high-impact awareness of world events. Successful candidates will be able to review a variety of online sources and internal information to accurately escalate issues of concern to our client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and perform to expectation all new tasks, workflows and processes, including updates to existing work, as they are rolled out by the Shift & Team Leads
- Readily suggest process improvement to current workflows to drive efficiencies, improve the quality of team’s work and expand responsibilities
- Participate in, and, as necessary, lead communication between stakeholders and supporting teams
- Research valuable help and information to those who could be affected by a natural or man-made disaster
Necessary skills and experience required:
- BA/BS degree. The ideal candidate will have majored in political science, journalism, digital media, international studies, or a related field, or have a technical degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with a proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams with senior stakeholders and executive visibility.
- Calm under pressure, with an ability to function well in urgent, developing situations. Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
