Job Summary

Senior Project Manager role in a hybrid work model focusing on complex research and development initiatives that rely on advanced data models and modern desktop applications built with Windows Presentation Foundation. The role spans proposal development lead generation and nurturing campaigns and structured project governance over a full delivery lifecycle for global clients.


Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end management of large research and development projects by defining scope schedules and budgets that align with client and organizational objectives
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver Windows Presentation Foundation based applications that meet usability performance and reliability expectations for enterprise users
  • Oversee creation and refinement of data models that support analytics reporting and intelligent decision making across multiple business domains
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans risk registers and status reports to ensure day to day transparency for stakeholders in a hybrid working environment
  • Manage proposal development by organizing inputs solution narratives and estimation details that position the organization competitively for complex opportunities
  • Guide lead generation activities by aligning campaigns with strategic accounts and ensuring that nurturing workflows translate into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline contribution
  • Monitor project financials by tracking effort costs and benefits to ensure that initiatives remain within approved budgets while delivering targeted value outcomes
  • Collaborate with architects designers and engineers to ensure that Windows Presentation Foundation solutions integrate cleanly with existing platforms and follow secure coding and deployment practices
  • Engage with clients regularly to gather feedback clarify requirements and adjust delivery priorities so that evolving research and development needs are met effectively
  • Implement standardized governance practices for project execution including change management issue resolution and periodic reviews tailored for day shift operations
  • Coordinate testing and validation cycles for data models and user interfaces ensuring that quality criteria are satisfied before production releases and client adoption
  • Mentor project team members on project management practices communication discipline and stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Report progress risks and achievements to senior stakeholders through structured narratives that highlight business impact customer outcomes and contributions to societal value through research driven solutions
  • Drive adoption of best practices in documentation metrics and project retrospectives so that lessons learned from data model and application initiatives are reused effectively across future work

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in managing large scale research and development programs with a strong focus on measurable innovation outcomes and structured experimentation cycles
  • Demonstrate hands on exposure to Windows Presentation Foundation projects including coordination of user experience requirements performance considerations and deployment planning for hybrid teams
  • Exhibit deep familiarity with data models including conceptual logical and physical perspectives applied to analytics reporting and operational decision workflows
  • Bring proven background in proposal development and management including shaping value propositions estimating effort and coordinating responses for complex client solicitations
  • Show significant experience in lead generation and nurturing campaigns by working closely with marketing and sales partners to convert interest into qualified demand for technology solutions
  • Display strong understanding of hybrid work models day shift expectations and collaboration tools needed to coordinate distributed project contributors effectively
  • Highlight ability to manage dependencies across multiple projects while maintaining disciplined communication with stakeholders and adhering to corporate governance standards
  • Illustrate comfort with interpreting financial indicators such as budgets forecasts and realized benefits to keep initiatives aligned with strategic and fiscal expectations
  • Communicate clearly in both written and spoken form with an emphasis on concise status reporting risk articulation and expectation setting across technical and nontechnical audiences

  • Certifications Required

    Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional PMP and Agile Certified Practitioner ACP or equivalent project management credential.
