Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Programs (Supply Chain/Warehouse) to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale business and technology initiatives within a global organization. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in managing enterprise programs, strong governance and financial management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. Experience in supply chain or warehouse management processes is highly desirable, enabling alignment between technical solutions and operational needs.


About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering high-impact enterprise programs that span multiple teams, stakeholders, and business functions. You will play a critical role in structuring complex initiatives, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and delivery outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to drive execution excellence. You will be responsible for planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency and control throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a highly visible position requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining project management practices, enhancing delivery efficiency, and supporting organizational maturity. Your exposure to supply chain or warehouse operations will help ensure solutions effectively support inventory management, logistics, and operational performance.

In this role, you will:

· Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget

· Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk logs, and communication strategies

· Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear accountability, effective collaboration, and on-time milestone delivery

· Monitor program performance using KPIs, metrics, and status reporting, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions

· Drive stakeholder engagement through regular updates, governance forums, and executive-level communications

· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery outcomes

· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial accountability

· Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with program goals

· Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and programs, ensuring consistency and avoiding conflicts

· Support change management initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption strategies for business users

· Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse SMEs to ensure solutions align with operational processes and business needs

· Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, and compliance standards

· Drive continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned and enhancing project management practices and delivery efficiency


Work Model

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise projects/programs with a strong track record of successful delivery
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level presentations
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple initiatives or programs
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
  • Proficiency with project planning and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, project tracking systems, dashboards)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management environments
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational workflows (inventory, fulfillment, distribution)
  • Experience working in large, multinational or matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to technology-driven transformation programs or system implementations
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management frameworks
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and adoption strategies

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until June 28th, 2026.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to applicable plan terms.
