BizTalk Developer (Azure Integration)
About the role
As a BizTalk Developer (Azure Integration), you will make an impact by leading the migration and modernization of enterprise integration solutions from BizTalk Server to Microsoft Azure. You will be a valued member of the Integration Services team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.
In this role, you will:
· Analyze and assess existing BizTalk Server applications, including orchestrations, pipelines, schemas, and maps
· Design and execute migration strategies from BizTalk to Azure Logic Apps and other Azure integration services
· Develop, deploy, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps (Consumption and Standard), Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Functions
· Transform legacy BizTalk components into modern, cloud-based architectures and reusable integration patterns
· Build and maintain workflows, data transformations, and robust error-handling mechanisms while ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
· Strong experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013/2016/2020), including orchestrations, pipelines, maps (XSLT), and adapters
· Proven experience delivering Azure Logic Apps migration or modernization projects
· Hands-on expertise with Azure integration services: Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard), Service Bus, API Management, and Storage Accounts
· Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON transformations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and knowledge of hybrid integration architectures
These will help you stand out
· Experience with Azure Functions, Event Grid, or Event Hub
· Exposure to Integration Accounts (B2B/EDI scenarios)
· Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights
· Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
· Experience providing production support, troubleshooting, and participating in SIT/UAT cycles

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 18, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000- $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
