Job Summary

This hybrid role is for a Technical Lead with six to nine years of experience in o9 supply chain platforms and PL SQL within a hi tech domain context. The role focuses on designing building and optimizing o9 solutions for master planning integrated business planning demand planning and supply chain analytics to enable data driven decision making and operational excellence for global clients.


Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end design and configuration of o9 supply chain master planning solutions that enable clients to align supply capabilities with business objectives and improve service levels while managing costs.
  • Develop robust o9 integrated business planning workflows that connect demand supply finance and operations data to support synchronized planning and informed decision making across the enterprise.
  • Configure and optimize o9 demand planning models by refining forecasting strategies segmentation rules and parameter settings to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.
  • Build and maintain o9 supply chain analytics dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into inventory performance service levels capacity utilization and planning exceptions for business stakeholders.
  • Author efficient PL SQL scripts and database procedures to extract transform and load data into o9 environments ensuring data quality data integrity and performance across planning processes.
  • Collaborate with hi tech domain experts and client planners to translate complex business requirements into detailed o9 solution designs that address specific industry needs such as short product lifecycles and rapid innovation cycles.
  • Perform detailed solution testing issue analysis and defect resolution activities to ensure that o9 configurations PL SQL components and integrations operate reliably and meet defined acceptance criteria.
  • Document solution designs configuration decisions data mappings and planning process flows in a clear and reusable manner to support ongoing maintenance enhancements and knowledge transfer.
  • Coordinate with cross functional technical teams to align o9 platform changes with upstream and downstream systems ensuring stable integrations and minimal disruption to daily business operations.
  • Guide junior team members on o9 configuration standards PL SQL coding practices and planning concepts by providing constructive feedback and sharing practical implementation patterns.
  • Engage with client stakeholders in a hybrid work model through structured workshops demos and walkthroughs to validate requirements showcase solution progress and capture enhancement feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing planning processes using o9 capabilities and analytics by proposing targeted enhancements that increase automation reduce manual effort and strengthen decision support.
  • Contribute to the organizations purpose by enabling clients to run more resilient and sustainable supply chains that reduce waste shorten response times and ensure reliable product availability in the hi tech sector.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess six to nine years of overall experience with a strong focus on implementing and supporting o9 based solutions across master planning integrated business planning demand planning and supply chain analytics.
  • Demonstrate hands on expertise in configuring o9 planning models scenarios metrics and workflows including the ability to tailor features to complex hi tech industry requirements.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in PL SQL development including writing queries stored procedures performance tuning and troubleshooting data issues in enterprise scale environments.
  • Bring solid domain understanding of the hi tech sector such as component supply dynamics contract manufacturing and rapid product release cycles to design context aware planning solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of procurement in technology environments as a desirable competency to design planning processes that integrate sourcing constraints supplier performance and lead times.
  • Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders by explaining planning concepts solution options and tradeoffs in concise and accessible language suited to a hybrid work setup.
  • Show capability to work autonomously within distributed teams by managing tasks priorities and status updates effectively while adhering to day shift expectations and minimal travel requirements.
