Responsibilities
Design robust Infor M3 solution architectures that align with enterprise standards while supporting complex manufacturing and distribution processes in a sustainable mannerDevelop detailed application and integration blueprints that clarify data flows between Infor M3 and surrounding systems to ensure reliable and predictable operationsCoordinate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into Infor M3 designs that enhance process efficiency and reduce operational riskConfigure Infor M3 modules to support order management procurement inventory finance and production flows while maintaining consistency with global templatesCreate integration specifications that define payload structures transformation rules and error handling approaches to support stable system to system communicationCollaborate with integration teams to design and validate middleware and API based solutions that connect Infor M3 with legacy cloud and partner platformsReview technical designs code and configuration from implementation teams to ensure adherence to reference architecture and maintainability guidelinesDefine nonfunctional requirements such as performance scalability security and observability for Infor M3 and integration landscapes and validate them through solution reviewsGuide troubleshooting of complex incidents by analyzing logs integration traces and configuration to quickly identify root causes and recommend sustainable fixesDocument solution architectures configuration decisions and integration patterns in a structured and reusable manner to support future enhancements and auditsPartner with infrastructure and database teams to plan capacity environment strategy and deployment approaches that ensure high availability and predictable performance for Infor M3Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying technical debt proposing refactoring opportunities and promoting reusable integration patterns across projectsAlign Infor M3 roadmaps with enterprise digital initiatives so that solutions support long term business goals and contribute to operational resilience and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
possess a minimum of ten years of hands on experience working with Infor M3 in complex enterprise environments covering design configuration and solution validationdemonstrate strong expertise in designing integrations between Infor M3 and external systems using middleware tools APIs and event driven patterns with focus on reliability and data integrityshow practical experience in hybrid work settings with proven ability to collaborate effectively using remote and onsite modes while maintaining clear communication and documentation qualityapply solid understanding of manufacturing distribution and financial processes as implemented in Infor M3 so that solutions reflect real world business operationsutilize strong skills in requirements analysis and process mapping to convert business needs into detailed Infor M3 and integration designs without overcomplicating the solutionbring proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of Infor M3 processes and integrations to ensure responsive user experience and efficient resource usageleverage familiarity with secure development and integration practices including authentication authorization encryption and data privacy controls in regulated environmentsdisplay working knowledge of testing strategies including system integration testing user acceptance testing and regression testing tailored for Infor M3 landscapesbenefit from experience with modern integration platforms and scripting or configuration tools that simplify orchestration error handling and monitoring of interfacesenhance team effectiveness by sharing knowledge mentoring peers and promoting consistent use of architectural standards and reusable assets within the Infor M3 domaindemonstrate strong communication and documentation capabilities that enable clear explanation of complex designs to both technical and nontechnical stakeholderssupport the organization purpose by designing systems that improve operational efficiency reduce manual work and enable more responsive service to customers and communities
