- Design and deliver target-state process blueprints across key product data domains, including Finished Goods, BOM, Raw Materials, and Product Hierarchies.
- Translate business requirements into actionable designs aligned with Oracle PDH capabilities and implementation needs.
- Manage and mentor offshore teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of consulting artifacts and process documentation.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, presenting governance models, roadmaps, and transformation deliverables with clarity and credibility.

- Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder workshops and drive consensus in global, matrixed environments.
- Experience leading distributed or offshore teams and delivering client-facing consulting engagements.
- Strong process design and blueprinting experience, including process mapping and governance frameworks.
These will help you succeed
- Experience with Oracle PDH, Oracle SCM, or other MDM platforms.
