About the Role
We are looking for seasoned professionals in Capital Markets with strong experience in settlement operations and consulting. This role will drive business and technology alignment across trading and post-trade functions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance end-to-end settlement workflows across Fixed Income and Equities
- Translate regulatory frameworks (MiFID II and related) into functional and technical requirements
- Drive requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and backlog management [jessicagavin.com]
- Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams for solution delivery
- Lead stakeholder discussions, gap analysis, and process improvements [jessicagavin.com]
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment across large-scale programs
Required Experience
- 4–17 years of overall experience in Capital Markets / Business Analysis / Consulting
- Strong exposure to Fixed Income & Equities settlement workflows
- Experience working in technology-driven (Agile / SDLC) environments
- Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement systems, and regulatory frameworks
Key Skills
- Advanced Excel, Databases, JIRA
- Strong understanding of settlement architecture, data flows, and reporting systems
- Experience in vendor evaluation and solution implementation
