The Role
Our Consulting group is looking for a Project Manager – PC Transformation to join our Automotive Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background project management, with a passion for driving strategic objectives. and ensure that the project progresses smoothly. Must be able to drive project forward and not only send email/messages.
We’re looking for Consultants who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a consultant, this means creating high-quality client deliverables and taking ownership of producing client content and meeting client expectations; developing an expertise in your functional area, including obtaining certifications; contributing to Client Satisfaction and/or RFPs; supporting leadership and contributing to content development for service offerings; and participating in People Care initiatives and always exhibiting personal leadership. In addition to enabling consulting excellence through the Five Pillars of Consulting, the specific requirements for this position are below.
This is a remote-based role, but travel to the client site will be required on a periodic basis. |
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of PC Transformation initiative, including PCaaS (PC as a Service) implementation, process optimization, and technology enablement. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage partner relationships, and ensure successful execution of procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls. |
Key Responsibilities |
· Workshop & Stakeholder Alignment · Facilitate workshops to align on operating models, process swim lanes, and SOP frameworks. · Coordinate with internal teams (Digital Workplace, Finance, Sourcing, Service Desk) and external partners (FutureTech, DFS, Dell, NextThink). · Process Definition & Documentation · Define and document end-to-end processes for procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls. · Develop and maintain process maps, operating models, and SOPs for approval, sourcing, RMA, asset refresh, deployment, loaner programs, disposal, contract renewal, and asset donation. · Technology & Service Integration · Oversee integration of ServiceNow workflows, catalog management, and automation. · Support NextThink deployment, telemetry mapping, KPI definition, and dashboard rollout. · Financial & Contract Management · Finalize leasing terms, consolidation cadence, and financial processes. · Manage invoicing, AP setup, contract renewals, and lease expirations. · Change Management & Communication · Establish and execute change management and communications plans for rollout. · Track and report on action items, risks, and approvals. · Lifecycle & Operations |
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s strongly preferred.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: Applications will be accepted until June 26th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $64,350.00 – $101,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Incentives: Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, subject to applicable plan terms.
