Job Summary

Join a global organization as a Policy Servicing Process Executive supporting life and annuities insurance operations in a hybrid work model. Use MS Office and strong English communication to process policy service requests maintain accurate records and support customer documentation while adhering to quality compliance and turnaround time expectations in rotational shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Process policy servicing requests using standardized procedures in MS Office to ensure accurate updates to customer policy records and timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Review source documents and digital inputs for life and annuities policy servicing to validate completeness accuracy and consistency before taking any further action
  • Update internal systems and trackers using MS Office tools to maintain up to date policy status information and ensure smooth collaboration with upstream and downstream process teams
  • Handle routine customer policy service scenarios in line with defined business rules to support efficient back office operations and reduce rework or escalations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders through email and collaboration tools to clarify missing information and resolve data issues that impact policy servicing outcomes
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures quality benchmarks and turnaround time targets to deliver reliable service that supports business continuity and customer satisfaction goals
  • Document work steps exceptions and observations in structured logs using MS Office applications to support audit readiness and enable process transparency for the wider team
  • Identify recurring issues or gaps in input data and highlight them to supervisors to support continuous improvement and refinement of reference guides or checklists
  • Follow information security and data privacy guidelines while handling sensitive policyholder information to protect customer trust and comply with organizational policies and regulatory expectations
  • Support simple report preparation and basic data analysis in MS Office to summarize work volumes error trends and pending items for operational review by process owners
  • Participate in training sessions knowledge sharing discussions and periodic assessments to continuously enhance process knowledge domain understanding and proficiency in MS Office
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and a hybrid work environment to ensure adequate coverage for business operations while maintaining consistent productivity and quality standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture by sharing constructive feedback offering peer support and aligning daily work with the company purpose of enabling financial security for customers


Qualifications

  • Possess foundational experience using MS Office applications such as word processing spreadsheets and presentations to manage data entry documentation and simple reporting activities
  • Demonstrate clear and confident English communication skills in reading writing and speaking to interpret process documents follow instructions and coordinate effectively with team members
  • Show strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numeric and textual information so that policy records are reliable and downstream processing remains error free
  • Display willingness to learn life and annuities insurance concepts such as policy features premium schedules and basic servicing events to improve the quality and context of daily work
  • Exhibit adaptability to rotational shift requirements and hybrid working arrangements while maintaining punctuality and consistent work discipline
  • Bring a customer centric mindset by understanding how accurate back office policy servicing contributes to policyholder confidence and supports the broader social goal of financial protection


Certifications Required

Preferred certification in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools from a recognized training provider
