Job Summary

Test Lead role responsible for designing and executing AI assurance and data intensive validation strategies for complex enterprise platforms in a hybrid work model. Role focuses on end to end test and defect management Python based automation cloud and business intelligence validation and SQL driven data quality checks to ensure reliable secure and trustworthy digital solutions for global stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end test planning for AI enabled solutions by defining scope objectives entry and exit criteria and coverage goals that align with product quality expectations and business priorities.
  • Oversee AI assurance activities by validating model behavior data pipelines and integration flows to ensure transparency robustness and fairness across all supported use cases.
  • Develop detailed test strategies for functional regression integration and non functional scenarios that cover user journeys across web mobile cloud services and data platforms.
  • Build and maintain Python based automation suites that validate application workflows APIs and data transformations to accelerate regression cycles and reduce manual effort.
  • Design and execute cloud validation scenarios that confirm correct configuration access control performance and resilience of services across multiple cloud native components.
  • Conduct BI validation by verifying data models reports dashboards and metrics to ensure accuracy consistency and usability for business decision making.
  • Create and optimize SQL scripting for data validation reconciliation and sampling so that defects in data quality referential integrity and transformations are identified early.
  • Manage test and defect management activities by planning test cycles tracking execution progress triaging defects and driving closure in collaboration with development and product teams.
  • Coordinate with cross functional partners to clarify requirements review design impacts and ensure that test scenarios reflect realistic user behavior and compliance needs.
  • Provide clear daily status updates risk assessments and quality metrics to stakeholders to enable informed release decisions within the agreed day shift timelines.
  • Guide junior test engineers through reviews of test cases automation scripts and data checks to uplift overall test effectiveness and maintain consistent standards across the team.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in test processes tooling and reporting that enhance coverage reduce cycle times and increase confidence in production releases.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational quality policies and security guidelines so that delivered solutions support customer trust and contribute positively to broader societal digital resilience.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong experience in AI assurance practices including model output validation data drift detection and scenario based testing across diverse data sets.
  • Show proven expertise in test and defect management using enterprise tools for planning execution tracking defect lifecycle and traceability to requirements.
  • Apply advanced Python automation skills for building scalable test frameworks reusable utilities and data validation scripts suited for continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Display hands on knowledge in cloud validation across configuration checks service integrations logging and monitoring within modern cloud environments.
  • Exhibit solid BI validation skills with experience testing complex reports aggregations and visualizations that support analytics and regulatory reporting.
  • Use strong SQL scripting capability to design complex queries joins and aggregations that validate data flows across staging warehouse and reporting layers.
  • Bring prior experience of eight to twelve years in software testing with a focus on data intensive and AI augmented applications in hybrid work models.
  • Communicate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders to clarify expectations document findings and negotiate test scope in a clear and inclusive manner.
