Job Summary

This hybrid night shift role focuses on delivering accurate and consistent product information and master data to support order management processes using SAP TM Order Management and SAP Advance Order Management. The specialist will maintain high data quality streamline order handling and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure reliable logistics and order fulfillment outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain high quality product and master data records within SAP TM Order Management and SAP Advance Order Management to support reliable order processing outcomes
  • Execute daily order entry and validation activities in SAP TM Order Management to ensure that logistics and fulfillment data remains accurate and current across systems
  • Monitor order life cycle status in SAP platforms to identify discrepancies early and coordinate timely corrections with relevant operational teams
  • Perform data consistency checks across product information and order management datasets to reduce processing errors and prevent delays in customer deliveries
  • Document and refine standard operating procedures for master data maintenance and order processing tasks to promote consistent execution within the team
  • Collaborate with planning and logistics partners to align product attributes and transportation parameters so that orders flow smoothly through downstream systems
  • Support incident resolution for data and order related issues by analyzing root causes and proposing practical corrective actions that prevent recurrence
  • Coordinate with technology and business stakeholders to test and validate changes in SAP configurations that affect product and order data behavior
  • Apply quality control measures on newly created or updated product records to ensure that key attributes required for transportation and order fulfillment are always populated correctly
  • Generate and review operational reports related to order status and master data quality to provide clear visibility of trends and improvement opportunities
  • Adapt effectively to hybrid work arrangements and night shift operations by following secure access practices and maintaining consistent communication with team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements in data governance and order handling processes that support business efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Align daily work outcomes with organizational objectives by ensuring that accurate product information and order data directly enable efficient supply chain operations and positive societal impact through reliable deliveries


Qualifications

  • Possess professional experience in SAP TM Order Management and SAP Advance Order Management with a strong focus on daily order creation tracking and maintenance activities
  • Demonstrate hands on exposure to advanced order management scenarios including complex order structures and dependencies that influence transportation and fulfillment planning
  • Apply understanding of order management domain concepts such as order life cycle validations and exception handling to support robust operational performance
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and analytical capability when reviewing master data and order records to detect anomalies and incomplete information proactively
  • Communicate clearly with cross functional stakeholders using concise documentation and status updates that support smooth collaboration across teams
  • Adapt quickly to evolving processes tools and performance expectations while working in a hybrid model and night shift environment that requires discipline and self management
  • Show commitment to continuous learning in SAP and product information disciplines by actively exploring new features best practices and organization specific standards
