Job Summary
This hybrid role seeks an experienced cloud specialist with deep expertise in M365 administration prompt engineering change lifecycle management and M365 Copilot to enable secure and efficient digital workplaces for enterprise clients. The specialist will design and optimize M365 solutions that improve productivity while ensuring compliance and reliability for global teams.
Responsibilities
Design and implement cloud-based solutions using M365 Admin to enhance organizational efficiency and collaboration. - Develop and optimize M365 Prompt Engineering processes to streamline operations and improve user experience. - Manage Change LifeCycle Management to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during updates and deployments. - Utilize M365 Copilot to automate routine tasks and improve system performance contributing to overall productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with business objectives and drive innovation. - Analyze and assess existing cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud architecture and data security. - Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues and downtime. - Engage in research and development activities to explore new technologies and methodologies in cloud computing. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of cloud technologies. - Contribute to the development of documentation and guidelines for cloud architecture and processes. - Support the integration of bioinformatics tools and applications into the cloud environment for enhanced data analysis.
Certifications Required
Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Associate preferred
