Responsibilities : -Design end to end solution architectures using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft DCCP that align with enterprise strategies and support scalable business growth in a hybrid work environment -Analyze complex business requirements from retail banking and other domains to translate them into robust technical designs that improve customer experience and operational efficiency -Develop high level and detailed application architecture diagrams that define integration patterns data flows and system boundaries for Dynamics 365 based platforms -Guide engineering teams on configuration standards extension patterns and customization approaches within Dynamics 365 and Microsoft DCCP to ensure maintainable and high performing solutions -Collaborate with product owners business analysts and operations teams to refine backlogs and ensure that architectural decisions reflect regulatory compliance and data protection needs -Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes across the application landscape to minimize technical debt and ensure consistent adoption of architecture principles and reference models -Define non functional requirements including performance scalability availability and security for Dynamics 365 solutions and validate them through reviews and technical assessments -Review solution designs code and configuration delivered by implementation teams to ensure adherence to architecture guidelines and industry best practices -Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure that Dynamics 365 and Microsoft DCCP environments are configured for resilience observability and secure connectivity -Drive standardization of reusable components frameworks and templates within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem to reduce duplication effort and speed up project delivery across the organization -Provide technical guidance to cross functional teams on integrating Dynamics 365 with external banking systems channels and analytics platforms using approved integration technologies -Evaluate new features platform updates and roadmap items from Microsoft for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft DCCP and assess their fit to business needs and existing solutions -Prepare clear architecture documentation that describes solution options decision rationale and transition states to support transparent communication with stakeholders -Qualifications -Define and apply architecture principles using extensive experience of ten to twelve years in enterprise scale application design and solution delivery -Demonstrate advanced hands on expertise in Dynamics 365 modules including configuration customization and integration patterns across customer engagement and operations workflows -Apply in depth knowledge of Microsoft DCCP capabilities to design data centric and event driven solutions that support transactional and analytical workloads -Use understanding of retail banking processes such as customer onboarding lending and servicing to shape business centric solution designs even when domain exposure is limited to project experience -Utilize strong skills in requirement analysis documentation and stakeholder communication to ensure that technical solutions remain aligned with evolving business objectives -Employ sound understanding of cloud principles integration strategies and security practices within Microsoft centric ecosystems to ensure robust and compliant architectures -Adapt effectively to a hybrid work model while collaborating with distributed teams across time zones and maintaining high standards of delivery during day shift operations 9.
