Job Summary
Cloud architect role for a multinational enterprise focusing on secure and scalable device and endpoint management solutions in a hybrid work environment. The role designs and optimizes cloud enabled platforms that integrate desktop management mobile device management and operating system imaging while supporting rotational shifts to ensure continuous service availability.
Responsibilities
Design cloud aligned endpoint management architectures that integrate desktop management mobile device management and operating system imaging platforms to provide secure and scalable services for global users.Develop detailed solution blueprints that describe how SCCM Intune and OS imaging components will operate together to support standardized device lifecycle management processes.Coordinate with infrastructure security and application teams to align cloud based device management strategies with enterprise standards and regulatory compliance requirements.Optimize SCCM infrastructure to improve software deployment performance patch compliance and reporting accuracy across distributed user locations.Configure and maintain MS MDT based OS imaging solutions to ensure rapid consistent and policy compliant provisioning of new and existing devices.Enhance Intune based device management policies to strengthen security posture standardize configurations and improve user experience across multiple device platforms.Implement monitoring alerting and reporting mechanisms for SCCM Intune and imaging services to ensure high availability and quick incident detection in rotational shift operations.Document architecture decisions configuration baselines operational procedures and troubleshooting guides to support consistent service management by global operations teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities that reduce manual effort in device deployment patching and compliance enforcement while improving reliability.Conduct performance and capacity assessments of endpoint management platforms and recommend scaling strategies that align with cloud adoption and business growth plans.Guide incident and problem resolution efforts for complex endpoint management issues and provide technical direction to operations teams while respecting non leadership boundaries.Review security controls for device management solutions and align configurations with zero trust principles encryption standards and identity based access practices.Coordinate changes and releases for SCCM Intune and imaging services to minimize user disruption and meet service level objectives in a hybrid work and rotational shift model.
Qualifications
Possess extensive hands on experience designing and implementing SCCM based desktop management solutions for large scale enterprise environments with complex requirements.Demonstrate strong expertise in configuring deploying and maintaining MS MDT for OS imaging to support standardized builds and rapid provisioning.Exhibit deep practical knowledge of Intune based device management including policy configuration application deployment and compliance management across diverse platforms.Apply solid understanding of mobile device management concepts including enrollment security policy enforcement and remote support for global user bases.Utilize strong skills in Windows client operating systems endpoint security controls and integration with identity platforms to create secure device ecosystems.Leverage experience working in hybrid and rotational shift models to support continuous operations while maintaining high quality service delivery.Display effective communication documentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities to translate technical solutions into clear outcomes and measurable benefits.
