Job Summary : Contribute as a product configurator for integrated solutions group by designing configuring and optimizing core banking data workflows powered by Temenos Data Hub in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate product requirements into robust configurations that enhance data availability reporting accuracy and operational efficiency for global financial clients. 3. Responsibilities : -Configure and optimize Temenos Data Hub components to support reliable data ingestion transformation and distribution for core banking and surrounding systems in a controlled hybrid work environment. -Develop and maintain reusable configuration templates and data mappings that improve consistency scalability and quality of product deployments across international client portfolios. -Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to translate functional requirements into detailed Temenos Data Hub configuration specifications that address regulatory and operational needs. -Coordinate with application development and testing teams to validate end to end data flows and resolve configuration defects that impact performance data quality or user reporting. -Implement robust parameterization and version control practices for Temenos Data Hub configurations to ensure traceability auditability and smooth promotion across environments. -Monitor production and preproduction data pipelines to identify bottlenecks or failures and apply corrective configuration changes that improve stability and throughput. -Document configuration standards naming conventions and deployment procedures to support consistent adoption across teams and faster onboarding of new team members. -Support incident and problem management activities by analyzing configuration logs data lineage and runtime statistics to determine root causes and propose sustainable fixes. -Collaborate with infrastructure and database experts to fine tune Temenos Data Hub resource utilization and connectivity for optimal performance in a secure environment. -Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics on job runtimes data freshness and error rates and by recommending configuration enhancements that increase business value. -Engage with client facing teams to clarify data requirements explain configuration behavior and ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed service levels and compliance expectations. -Contribute to automation of configuration deployment and validation tasks using scripts or scheduling tools to reduce manual effort and operational risk. -Ensure that all configuration activities comply with organizational standards for security data privacy and documentation so that solutions remain trustworthy and beneficial to society. -Qualifications -Possess a bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science information technology or a related discipline with four to six years of hands on work in enterprise data or core banking environments. -Demonstrate deep practical experience configuring and supporting Temenos Data Hub including data models jobs orchestration dependencies and runtime monitoring capabilities. -Apply strong skills in SQL data modeling and relational databases to design efficient structures and queries that enable accurate reporting and analytics for financial services. -Utilize experience with core banking or financial applications to understand domain specific data flows regulatory constraints and operational processes supported by Temenos Data Hub. -Exhibit proficiency in analyzing complex data issues including mismatches latency or lineage gaps and in translating findings into clear configuration changes and improvement plans. -Show familiarity with job scheduling tools and basic scripting which helps automate recurring configuration tasks validations and deployment steps for higher reliability. -Display effective communication and collaboration abilities that support constructive interactions with technical teams business stakeholders and operations staff in hybrid settings. -Value experience with data warehousing business intelligence or cloud based data platforms as a nice to have capability that complements Temenos Data Hub expertise and broadens solution options. 9.
