Job Summary
This hybrid night shift role in policy servicing focuses on processing policy changes and endorsements with high accuracy using MS Office tools in a fast paced multinational environment. The associate will update records validate documentation and communicate in clear written and spoken English to support efficient and compliant policy servicing operations and enhance customer satisfaction across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Process assigned policy servicing requests for changes and endorsements by following defined procedures and service level timelines to ensure timely completion of work
- Review policy change instructions and endorsement documents for clarity completeness and compliance with internal guidelines to reduce errors and rework
- Update policy data fields in internal servicing systems using MS Office based templates to maintain accurate and current policy records
- Prepare and revise policy endorsement schedules using spreadsheets and documents to reflect agreed changes in coverage terms limits or client details
- Validate source data received from upstream teams or clients by cross checking against existing records to identify inconsistencies and escalate issues as needed
- Document each policy servicing transaction in tracking files using clear and concise notes to support audit readiness and operational transparency
- Coordinate via email or instant messaging with internal stakeholders to clarify missing information and ensure smooth progression of policy change workflows
- Monitor work queues and prioritize cases based on urgency complexity and service commitments to support consistent delivery of high quality outcomes
- Use MS Office tools to generate standard reports and summaries that highlight processed volumes error trends and pending cases for team review
- Adhere to night shift schedules and hybrid work protocols while maintaining punctuality productivity and secure handling of sensitive policyholder information
- Follow all compliance and privacy guidelines throughout the policy servicing cycle to support regulatory adherence and protect customer data
- Participate in process training refreshers and knowledge sharing sessions to continuously improve servicing quality and operational efficiency
- Contribute ideas for incremental process improvements in templates checklists and data validation steps to reduce manual effort and error rates
Qualifications
- Demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications including spreadsheets documents and presentations applied to structured operational tasks
- Apply strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy when updating policy change records and verifying endorsement information against source documents
- Communicate effectively in English through reading writing and speaking to interpret instructions document actions and collaborate with team members in a global setting
- Exhibit willingness to work permanent night shifts in a hybrid work model while maintaining consistent performance and adherence to company policies
- Show foundational understanding of insurance policy changes and endorsements concepts through academic exposure training or prior operations experience even at entry level
- Adapt quickly to new systems process updates and checklists for policy servicing while seeking guidance in ambiguous situations to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a customer centric mindset by focusing on accuracy timeliness and completeness of each policy change transaction to support positive end customer outcomes
Certifications Required
Preferred certification in MS Office Specialist or equivalent office productivity tools
