Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architecture and Engineering Leader to drive technology strategy, architecture governance, and digital transformation initiatives across Finance and Reinsurance platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, Oracle Finance solutions, data platforms, and modern engineering practices.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning and stakeholder management to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions.
Core Technical Skills
•Software architecture & system design (scalable, resilient, distributed systems)
•API & microservices architecture
•Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
•SaaS-based solution design
•AI/ML concepts and frameworks
•Strong programming expertise: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular
•Databases: SQL & NoSQL
•Data platforms: Databricks, Python, Informatica IICS (CAI & CDI)
