Senior Network Engineer – Cisco SD-WAN (IOS-XE)
Location :- Vancouver, BC ( 100% Onsite )
Role Overview
Senior engineer to lead global IOS-XE SD-WAN migration completion, stabilization, optimization, SIG enablement, and operational handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete global SD-WAN migrations including complex sites
- Stabilize and troubleshoot post-migration issues
- Optimize IOS-XE SD-WAN policies and segmentation
- Standardize configurations and fix design deviations
- Enable and integrate Secure Internet Gateway (SIG)
- Perform validation, UAT/NAT testing, benchmarking
- Provide Tier 3 escalation and RCA
- Finalize runbooks and documentation
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training
- Participate in governance and reporting
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on Cisco SD-WAN (IOS-XE / Viptela)
- vManage, vSmart, vBond expertise
- BGP, OSPF, EIGRP strong knowledge
- SD-WAN migration experience
- Advanced troubleshooting (overlay & underlay)
- Experience in global/multi-site deployments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SIG solutions (Zscaler, Umbrella)
- Network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Monitoring & SLA tools
- Strong documentation and training experience
Experience & Qualifications
7–10 years experience; CCNP preferred; CCIE is a plus
Compensation: We are offering an annual salary of $90,000 to 108,000
