Job Summary

This hybrid role focuses on developing configuring and optimizing solutions on the Vault Platform with core responsibility in PromoMats and digital asset management. The developer will design and implement robust features ensure seamless data workflows and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to support compliant content operations that enhance business value and social impact.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable configurations and customizations on the Vault Platform to support PromoMats workflows and digital asset management capabilities that improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop clean maintainable Vault components and related integrations that streamline content review approval and distribution processes for marketing and medical materials.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into detailed Vault PromoMats and DAM solutions that align with organizational standards and industry regulations.
  • Configure and optimize metadata structures content hierarchies and taxonomy in Vault PromoMats to enable accurate search powerful reporting and reliable audit readiness.
  • Create and refine automated workflows in Vault Platform to manage content lifecycle including authoring review approval expiration and archival with clear traceability for all actions.
  • Perform unit testing configuration validation and end to end solution checks in the day shift to ensure high quality deployments and minimal disruption to hybrid team operations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and defects in Vault PromoMats and DAM modules by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive measures that stabilize the application.
  • Collaborate closely with quality regulatory and marketing stakeholders to ensure Vault implementations support compliant promotion practices and responsible information management for society.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation of Vault configurations design decisions and release notes so that future enhancements and audits can be conducted smoothly and transparently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing Vault PromoMats and DAM features recommending optimizations and implementing improvements that deliver measurable performance gains.
  • Provide guidance to peers on Vault Platform standards best practices and reusable components to build a consistent and maintainable configuration baseline across the organization.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams in the hybrid work model to ensure Vault environments are stable secure and aligned with enterprise governance policies.
  • Engage in day to day agile activities including backlog refinement sprint tasks and defect resolution to deliver Vault solutions that directly support ethical communication and better outcomes for customers and communities.


Qualifications

  • Possess three to five years of professional experience as a developer or configuration specialist working on enterprise platforms with significant hands on exposure to Vault implementations.
  • Demonstrate strong practical experience configuring and supporting Vault Platform with a focus on PromoMats modules and digital asset management capabilities for regulated content.
  • Exhibit solid understanding of content lifecycle management version control and approval workflows as applied in Vault PromoMats for compliant promotional materials.
  • Apply working knowledge of data modeling metadata management and access control concepts to design secure and efficient Vault DAM solutions.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing user requirements documenting configuration specifications and translating business needs into clear technical tasks for Vault development.
  • Display capability to execute testing activities including functional validation defect tracking and regression checks that ensure reliable Vault releases in a day shift schedule.
  • Utilize effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a hybrid environment coordinating with onsite and remote stakeholders without requiring travel.
  • Adapt quickly to new Vault features platform updates and industry guidance while maintaining a strong focus on quality compliance and responsible use of digital assets.


Certifications Required

Veeva Vault Platform certification or equivalent credential focused on Vault PromoMats and enterprise content management.
