We are currently seeking an experienced Senior UiPath Automation Engineer to design, build, and deliver intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments.
This role provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of modern automation, leveraging UiPath's latest capabilities including Agentic Automation, UiPath Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, and LLM-powered workflows.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to develop scalable, secure, and business-focused automation solutions, while helping organisations accelerate their automation and AI transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of complex UiPath automations using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and modern UiPath services including Maestro.
• Design end-to-end automation solutions covering attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven workflows.
• Develop and implement agentic automation solutions, leveraging UiPath Maestro to orchestrate multiple agents and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Build intelligent automation use cases that combine RPA, APIs, business rules, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Develop API-first integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, and UiPath Integration Service to connect enterprise systems and applications.
• Design reusable automation components, libraries, and frameworks aligned with enterprise automation and governance standards.
• Implement solutions leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and AI-powered document processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Estimate effort, contribute to project planning, and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
• Support testing, deployment, production support, and ongoing optimisation activities.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the uplift of capability across modern automation and Agentic AI practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and SDLC requirements.
Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering UiPath automation solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio (Modern Experience), UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework-based solution development.
• Experience delivering attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven workflows.
• Exposure to UiPath Maestro, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop automation patterns.
• Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Understanding of LLM integration and AI-powered automation use cases, including Azure OpenAI or OpenAI-based solutions.
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or machine learning-based automation capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of automation design principles, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft technologies including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and enterprise databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
