Job Description – QE Engineer (T24 Securities Module)
Experience: 7–12 Years
Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for the T24 Securities module.
- Validate key functionalities including trade booking, settlement, position management, pricing, corporate actions, fixed income, and mutual funds.
- Analyse and understand business requirements related to securities trading, settlement processes, and corporate actions.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage and timely defect resolution.
- Execute end-to-end integration testing across interconnected modules such as Funds Transfer, Customer, and Accounting.
- Ensure seamless interaction and data consistency between Securities and dependent modules.
- Perform regression testing to validate system stability after enhancements or fixes.
- Create and maintain test artifacts including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Identify defects, track them effectively, and ensure closure through proper validation.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, quality, and efficiency.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in testing T24 Securities module functionalities.
- In-depth understanding of T24 architecture and securities domain workflows.
- Proficiency in test design, execution, and defect management practices.
- Experience in functional and integration testing methodologies.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and tracking.
- Exposure to UI automation tools.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
