In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions with active hands-on development
- Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and timely delivery
- Own solution architecture, technical design, and documentation for complex implementations
- Drive DevOps practices including metadata deployments, version control, and release management
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions

What you need to have to be considered
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a minimum of 3 end-to-end project implementations
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including Partner and Customer Community experience, Case Management, and Order Management
- Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions
- Strong backend development skills including Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Jobs, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Web Services
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Proficiency with Git and repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with metadata deployment tools such as VS Code with SFDX, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Blue Canvas
- Experience developing and managing integrations using APIs, SOAP/REST services, middleware like MuleSoft, and ETL tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, order of execution, and performance optimization
- Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft for debugging and resolving integration issues
- Deep experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures for enterprise-level implementations
- Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Demonstrated ability to conduct peer code reviews using predefined static code standards
- Experience driving best practices in DevOps and release management across Salesforce programs
