Job Summary
We are seeking an Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale migration from Veracode to Snyk across enterprise development teams. This role will focus on coordinating onboarding activities, facilitating adoption of the Snyk platform, and ensuring a seamless transition of application security scanning processes. You will work closely with development teams, application security stakeholders, and platform administrators to drive migration progress and resolve onboarding challenges. The ideal candidate combines application security knowledge, strong communication skills, and experience managing security tooling transitions.

In this role, you will:
· Coordinate and drive onboarding of development teams from Veracode to Snyk, ensuring successful adoption of the new platform.
· Engage with business and technical teams to facilitate migration activities and address onboarding requirements.
· Assess existing Veracode configurations and map security scanning capabilities to equivalent Snyk functionality.
· Provide training, guidance, and best practices to development teams on Snyk usage and application security processes.
· Track migration progress, monitor onboarding status, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
· Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues while coordinating with platform administrators and security teams.
· Develop and maintain migration documentation, onboarding guides, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
· Support reporting and metrics collection to measure migration success, adoption rates, and operational effectiveness.
What you need to have to be considered
· 5+ years of experience in application security, security operations, or security tooling administration.
· Hands-on experience with security scanning tools such as Snyk, Veracode, or similar application security platforms.
· Experience supporting technology migrations, onboarding initiatives, or security tool implementations.
· Understanding of application security concepts, vulnerability management, and secure software development practices.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with development teams.
· Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, and operational runbooks.
· Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional collaboration models.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[108,000 - 127,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
