Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to oversee the enterprise-wide migration from Veracode to Snyk and lead the Snyk Onboarding Factory. This role will be responsible for driving onboarding activities, tracking migration progress, managing a team of Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts, and ensuring successful adoption of the new application security platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery skills with a solid understanding of application security and security tooling. This position will serve as a key liaison between security teams, development teams, and executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
· Lead and manage the Snyk Onboarding Factory, ensuring efficient onboarding of teams and applications from Veracode to Snyk.
· Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts supporting migration activities.
· Track migration progress, onboarding status, KPIs, and overall program health across multiple business and technology teams.
· Coordinate priorities, resources, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of migration objectives.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers impacting migration timelines and adoption goals.
· Partner with Application Security, Engineering, and Development teams to drive engagement and onboarding activities.
· Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates to senior leadership and program stakeholders.
· Establish governance processes and ensure consistency, quality, and compliance of migration deliverables.
· Facilitate stakeholder communications, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the migration lifecycle.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
What you need to have to be considered
· 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Program Lead, or Technical Lead in technology transformation initiatives.
· Experience leading large-scale migration, onboarding, or enterprise transformation programs.
· Strong understanding of Application Security, DevSecOps, and security scanning platforms such as Snyk, Veracode, Checkmarx, Fortify, or similar tools.
· Proven experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
· Strong program management, governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
· Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[105,500 - 124,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
