Description:

This hybrid role seeks a functional specialist with deep experience in Wealth Suite overview business advisory and business basics to support institutional clients in designing and optimizing wealth management processes. The specialist will translate complex business needs into system configurations enable efficient operations and strengthen risk control while working closely with global stakeholders in a day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with wealth management stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into clear Wealth Suite functional requirements that enable efficient scalable and compliant operations aligned with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Design and document Wealth Suite business workflows using the business basic framework to optimize trading portfolio management client onboarding and servicing while ensuring consistency with existing operating models and regulatory guidelines.
  • Configure Wealth Suite functional settings across core wealth modules to support accurate booking of transactions valuation fee calculation and reporting so that front middle and back office teams can rely on stable and predictable system behavior.
  • Review and validate business advisory use cases in Wealth Suite to ensure that client profiling suitability assessments and investment proposals are correctly supported by system rules and data structures for better decision making and client outcomes.
  • Coordinate with technology teams to support functional testing of Wealth Suite changes by preparing detailed test scenarios reviewing test results and confirming that defect resolutions fully address underlying business needs and risk controls.
  • Provide subject matter guidance to operations and product teams on how to leverage Wealth Suite capabilities for new products and services thereby shortening time to market and improving client satisfaction through streamlined processes.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation including process maps configuration guides and business rules to create a reliable knowledge base for consistent Wealth Suite usage across regions and future enhancement projects.
  • Support incident analysis and resolution by reviewing business impacts tracing root causes within WealthSuite functional logic and recommending sustainable corrections or workarounds that protect data integrity and service continuity.
  • Engage with risk and compliance partners to align WealthSuite business configurations with policy requirements and regulatory expectations ensuring that client portfolios controls and reporting remain accurate and auditable.
  • Collaborate with data and reporting teams to define WealthSuite data structures and mappings that enable high quality analytics management dashboards and regulatory reports thereby improving transparency of wealth business performance.
  • Participate in hybrid working ceremonies such as daily sync ups and refinement discussions to prioritize WealthSuite functional backlog items that deliver the greatest value to clients while respecting day shift coverage needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing feedback from users analyzing operational metrics and proposing WealthSuite enhancements that reduce manual effort minimize errors and elevate client experience across channels.
  • Guide junior functional team members by sharing WealthSuite insights reviewing their analysis and ensuring that deliverables meet expected standards of accuracy completeness and business relevance while reinforcing collaborative work practices.


Qualifications

  • Apply advanced functional knowledge of WealthSuite overview to connect enterprise wealth business strategies with practical system capabilities and constraints ensuring that solution designs remain realistic and scalable.
  • Use WealthSuite business advisory skills to interpret investment processes client segmentation and advisory models into parameter settings rules and workflows that support responsible and personalized portfolio management.
  • Employ WealthSuite business basic expertise to structure core operational processes such as account setup trade capture settlements and reconciliations in a way that supports straight through processing and reduced operational risk.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in wealth management or banking domains with eight to ten years of practice in functional analysis business process design and system configuration for complex enterprise platforms.
  • Showcase proficiency in documenting requirements test cases and process flows using structured methods that can be understood by both technical and business teams supporting effective collaboration in hybrid work settings.
  • Exhibit capability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders such as operations product risk and technology teams ensuring that WealthSuite functional decisions are transparent traceable and aligned with shared goals.

The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
