Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React & Ruby on Rails) - Remote

In this role, you will:
- Designing, developing, and deploying secure and robust authentication and authorization systems.
- Building administrative tools for managing users, roles, and system configurations.
- Solve challenging scaling problems to meet a growing user base and ensure the best experience and uptime.
- Collaborating with product partners, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Boldly move the networking and security industry forward along a path of simplification, performance, and flexibility.

Work model: Remote

What you need to have to be considered:
- Frontend: React (with Redux) or similar JavaScript frameworks for building rich web UIs
- Backend: Ruby on Rails (or similar web back-end technologies)
- Database: Relational database design, specifically PostgreSQL
- Security/Auth: Designing, developing, and deploying authentication and authorization systems

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $55K – $114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
