About the role
This position is a permanent contract (CDI), with a start date expected in around two months.
As a Flutter Mobile Developer, you will join Cognizant and work for a major client in the banking and financial sector.
This role is for candidates with at least 6 years of experience, including strong skills in mobile development with Flutter. Knowledge of PHP / Symfony is appreciated, as it helps collaboration with backend teams, but the mission is mainly focused on mobile development.
You will work in a modern technical environment with efficient practices (Agile/Scrum, code review, automation, CI/CD), in teams that value quality, collaboration, and innovation.
Because Cognizant is a key partner of the client, we have a good understanding of the needs across departments. This allows us to support different teams on topics such as technical improvements, digital transformation, regulatory projects, and process optimization.

In this specific role, you will join a mobile development team inside the Web & Mobile department of their online bank.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in all project phases: study, design, development, and testing
- Work with business teams (marketing, media, customer service) and technical teams
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Android and iOS)
- Integrate REST APIs and collaborate with backend teams
- Write automated tests, and manage project delivery and production monitoring
- Work on corrective and evolutive maintenance
- Contribute to code reviews and support good development practices

Required profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science (engineering school or university)
- At least 6 years of experience in web/mobile development, with strong experience in Flutter
- Good understanding of mobile constraints: performance, security, accessibility
- Professional English required (spoken and written). Experience in an international context is a plus

Work model: hybrid
