Customer Journey Expert – Global Archiving & Discovery
About the role
As a Customer Journey Expert – Global Archiving & Discovery, you will make an impact by driving the design and improvement of enterprise content and records management solutions that enable compliant, data-driven banking operations.
You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Content & Automation / Records Management team, working closely with global stakeholders, product teams, and agile delivery squads to enhance customer and employee journeys through scalable digital solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead business analysis across global archiving and records management platforms, supporting onboarding and new feature development
- Gather and structure business requirements, translating them into clear functional tasks for product and technology teams
- Collaborate in agile delivery environments, contributing to product roadmap, backlog prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate workflows (e.g. using low-code tools such as Power Automate)
- Act as the voice of the business, ensuring solutions meet regulatory, operational, and customer experience needs

What you need to have to be considered
- Experience in business analysis, product ownership, or customer journey roles within a technology or financial services environment
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping
- Proven ability to translate business needs into structured deliverables (functional requirements, user stories, decision logs)
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and identify improvement opportunities
These will help you stand out
- Experience in records management, archiving, or data governance domains
- Familiarity with enterprise content platforms or retention solutions
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Power Automate or other low-code platforms)
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking or financial services
- Experience working in large, international organisations or transformation programmes
