About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Azure Architect to design, build, and optimize scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to guide engineering teams and ensure the delivery of secure, high-performing, and cost-efficient cloud environments aligned with best practices.
You will play a key role in shaping cloud architecture, driving DevOps excellence, and ensuring compliance and operational resilience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Define secure, highly available, and cost-effective Azure cloud solutions aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
Technical Leadership
Provide guidance and mentorship to development and DevOps teams, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Design, develop, and manage automated cloud deployments using tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
Security & Compliance
Implement robust access controls, manage Azure AD / Entra ID, and ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
CI/CD & DevOps
Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for automation, monitoring, and continuous integration and delivery.
Operations & Optimization
Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, while continuously optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
7–10 years of experience in Azure cloud engineering, software development, or infrastructure management.
Certifications
Microsoft certifications such as:
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Azure Developer Associate are highly preferred.
Technical Expertise
• Strong knowledge of core Azure services (compute, storage, networking, databases)
• Proficiency in C# / .NET
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams
