You will be part of multidisciplinary teams working alongside proposition managers, journey experts, UX/UI designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners. Your Role
As a Solution Architect – AI Agents & Integration, you are responsible for defining the end-to-end solution architecture that enables domain-specific AI agents to operate safely, reliably, and coherently within the broader banking landscape. These AI agents power new customer-facing features for Gen Z and are integrated into a central AI agent that orchestrates conversations, context, and execution across channels and domains.

You ensure that innovation in AI aligns with enterprise architecture principles, platform capabilities, and regulatory requirements. You collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, engineers, platform teams, domain architects, and risk stakeholders to guide solutions from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures for domain-specific AI agents
  • Translate business and product intent into scalable architectural designs across channels, AI agents, integration layers, and core systems
  • Define architectural boundaries and interaction patterns between agents, systems, and platforms
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and traceable handling of customer data
  • Align solution designs with enterprise architecture standards and platform capabilities
  • Provide architectural guidance and support to delivery teams
  • Evaluate emerging technologies in conversational AI and agent orchestration
  • Safeguard non-functional requirements including security, privacy, resiliency, performance, and explainability

Your Profile
You are a senior Solution Architect with a strong track record in complex enterprise environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on architectural expertise and have the ability to balance innovation with regulatory and operational realities. You are a clear communicator who can align stakeholders and drive architectural quality across domains.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in a large, complex enterprise environment (preferably within financial services)
  • Strong ability to bridge business strategy, product needs, and technical realization
  • Experience working within Agile delivery models
  • Proven ability to balance innovation with regulatory, risk, and operational constraints
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong ownership mindset for architectural consistency and long-term coherence

Technical Expertise

  • End-to-end solution architecture across digital channels, integration layers, and backend systems
  • Architectural understanding of AI-agent concepts such as orchestration, context sharing, decision flows, and guardrails
  • API design, event-driven architectures, and service-based integration patterns
  • Cloud and enterprise platform architecture concepts
  • Knowledge of security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements within banking
  • Ability to create and maintain architectural artifacts and documentation
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms or AI-enabled customer journeys is a strong plus
