About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Mobile Engineer to join our team. This role specializes in native Android development, with deep expertise in payment integration and Connected Device Interface (CDI) technologies. You will architect and own complex Android features end-to-end, from initial design through delivery and ongoing maintenance, while serving as a mentor and technical leader for the team.

What you will do

• Architect and deliver complex Android features end-to-end, taking full ownership from design through long-term maintenance.

• Lead implementation of payment integration flows and connectivity features on the mobile platform.

• Establish and enforce quality standards across the codebase with emphasis on edge case coverage and MVVM/Clean Architecture.

• Provide technical mentorship and leadership through code reviews, best practices sharing, and architectural guidance.

• Communicate proactively with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tooling, and development processes.

• Collaborate with backend, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless mobile feature integration.

To make this happen you need to have

• Minimum 6 years of proven expertise in native Android development.

• Deep understanding of MVVM architectural pattern and Clean Architecture principles.

• Expertise in developing Connected Device Interface (CDI) solutions for IoT and connected hardware.

• Native Android development expertise using Kotlin and Java, with deep understanding of Android SDK and platform APIs.

• Proven experience implementing secure payment flows and ensuring PCI compliance in mobile applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or comparable experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and proactive approach.
