Test Analyst

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring seamless API integrations? We are looking for a Test Analyst with experience in Web Services Testing and REST API Validation to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise Billing & Revenue Management solutions.

Experience Required

• 2–3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
• Hands-on experience in Web Services and API Testing
• Experience with Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases based on business and technical requirements.

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of web services and APIs.

Validate REST APIs, including endpoints, request/response payloads, status codes, authentication, and error handling.

Create and maintain reusable test suites and test data for efficient test execution.

Identify, document, and track defects with detailed analysis and supporting evidence.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

Review application logs and service monitoring data to investigate and validate issues.

Support release readiness activities through test reporting, quality metrics, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, security guidelines, and testing best practices.
