Job Summary
This hybrid role for an experienced product consultant focuses on designing enhancing and supporting manufacturing execution and billing solutions using C sharp Angular JS SQL scripting and Critical Manufacturing MES. The consultant will work in day shifts with no travel required engaging closely with stakeholders to optimize invoice adjustment and customer billing processes while ensuring operational efficiency and business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end product consulting activities for manufacturing execution solutions by leveraging C sharp Angular JS and SQL scripting to deliver robust and scalable applications that optimize production performance and transactional accuracy.
- Drive detailed requirement discovery sessions with business stakeholders in customer billing and invoice adjustment domains to translate complex operational needs into clear product features and technical specifications within Critical Manufacturing MES.
- Design and configure MES workflows and data models that integrate seamlessly with authorization billing and invoice adjustment processes to improve accuracy turnaround time and compliance across large scale manufacturing environments.
- Develop high quality software components using C sharp and Angular JS that support intuitive user interfaces and reliable backend services enabling efficient management of customer billing events and adjustment authorizations.
- Create optimized SQL scripts and database procedures that ensure data integrity performance and traceability for transactions related to customer invoices adjustments and billing authorizations within enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including business analysts architects and operations specialists to prioritize product backlog items that deliver measurable impact on revenue assurance and manufacturing efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on the use of Critical Manufacturing MES capabilities such as production modeling data collection and integration interfaces to enhance visibility across the authorise customer billing and invoice adjustment lifecycle.
- Conduct rigorous testing validation and defect resolution activities for MES and billing related solutions ensuring that product enhancements meet quality standards regulatory requirements and organizational performance targets.
- Mentor junior consultants and technical team members in best practices for product configuration coding standards and solution troubleshooting to build a strong delivery culture and sustain operational excellence.
- Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation for MES configurations application components and SQL scripts so that support teams can maintain and evolve solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system usage metrics billing accuracy trends and production performance indicators to propose product changes that enhance customer satisfaction and societal value through efficient manufacturing.
- Support stakeholders during go live and post implementation phases by resolving complex incidents performing root cause analysis and recommending preventive actions that stabilize billing and manufacturing execution processes.
- Coordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure that MES and billing solutions adhere to organizational policies data protection standards and audit requirements while maintaining usability and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bring nine to twelve years of progressive experience in product consulting or solution implementation with a focus on complex manufacturing and billing environments supported by large scale enterprise systems.
- Demonstrate strong hands on proficiency in C sharp including object oriented design patterns integration techniques and performance tuning practices relevant for production grade applications.
- Exhibit advanced capability in Angular JS for building responsive secure and maintainable front end interfaces that enable efficient execution of manufacturing and billing tasks by diverse user groups.
- Apply deep knowledge of SQL scripting and relational database concepts to design queries procedures and optimization strategies that support high volume transaction processing and analytical reporting.
- Show proven experience working with Critical Manufacturing MES including configuration integration and customization to align production workflows with customer billing and invoice adjustment requirements.
- Display solid understanding of authorize customer billing and invoice adjustment domain processes including validation controls exception handling and reconciliation practices across enterprise operations.
- Operate effectively in hybrid work settings demonstrating strong communication collaboration and documentation skills that ensure smooth coordination across onsite and remote stakeholders.
