Senior UiPath Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior UiPath Developer to design, build, and deliver intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments.

This role provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of modern automation, leveraging the latest UiPath capabilities including Agentic Automation, UiPath Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, LLM-powered workflows, and enterprise integrations. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to create scalable, secure, and business-focused automation solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You will play a key role in solution design, delivery leadership, and capability uplift while helping clients accelerate their automation and AI transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex UiPath automations using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and modern UiPath services including Maestro.

• Design end-to-end automation solutions across attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven automation workflows.

• Develop and implement agentic automation solutions using UiPath Maestro, enabling multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Build intelligent automation use cases that combine RPA, APIs, business rules, and LLM capabilities to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

• Develop API-first integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, and UiPath Integration Service to connect enterprise applications and platforms.

• Create reusable automation components, libraries, frameworks, and standards that improve scalability and accelerate delivery.

• Implement solutions leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and AI-powered document processing technologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust automation and AI-driven solutions.

• Contribute to solution estimation, planning, and delivery activities, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and to a high standard.

• Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production support activities, including issue resolution and solution optimisation.

• Mentor developers and promote best practices across intelligent automation, Agentic AI, and modern delivery approaches.

• Drive governance, compliance, security, and SDLC adherence across all automation initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience delivering UiPath automation solutions within enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio (Modern Experience) and UiPath Orchestrator, including Queues, Assets, Triggers, and Package Management.

• Extensive experience with REFramework and the development of custom automation frameworks.

• Proven experience building attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven automations.

• Exposure to UiPath Maestro, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop automation patterns.

• Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture approaches.

• Understanding of LLM integration, including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and prompt-driven automation solutions.

• Experience leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, machine learning models, or intelligent document processing capabilities.

• Strong understanding of automation design principles, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimisation.

• Experience integrating with Microsoft technologies including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and enterprise databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.

• Experience producing solution designs, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.

• Passion for emerging technologies and a strong interest in Agentic AI and intelligent automation innovation.
