Job summary
Support the Resilience function by ensuring reliable safe and
efficient operation of workplace infrastructure engineering systems
asset management processes and business continuity requirements The
role is responsible for daytoday coordination of engineering
operations maintenance governance compliance activities risk
mitigation and operational readiness across assigned facilities
Responsibilities
Engineering Maintenance Support
Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
programs across facilities
Monitor the performance and reliability of critical engineering
infrastructure and building systems
Coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders to
ensure timely closure of maintenance activities
Assist in maintaining operational readiness of facilities and
critical infrastructure
Asset Infrastructure Management
Maintain accurate records of assets equipment maintenance
schedules and service histories
Support asset lifecycle management inventory tracking and
infrastructure governance activities
Assist in asset audits tagging verification and operational
documentation
Track equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
Operational Monitoring Reporting
Monitor engineering performance indicators maintenance compliance
and service delivery metrics
Prepare operational dashboards reports and performance summaries
Track open observations service requests and action closures
Support governance reviews through timely reporting and data
analysis
Compliance Risk Management
Support compliance with engineering safety and resilience
standards
Participate in audits inspections risk assessments and review
activities
Monitor closure of audit observations and corrective action plans
Ensure maintenance records and statutory documentation are
maintained appropriately
Business Continuity Resilience Support
Assist in implementing resilience initiatives that support
continuous operations and risk mitigation
Participate in preparedness activities contingency planning and
resilience reviews
Support operational readiness assessments and continuity planning
activities
Vendor Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with engineering teams facility partners service
providers and internal stakeholders
Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels
Support issue resolution escalation management and operational
followups
Ensure smooth communication across multiple support functions
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for operational improvements cost
optimisation energy savings and maintenance efficiency
Support implementation of process enhancements and standard
operating procedures
Drive adherence to established engineering and resilience practices
Certifications Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering MechanicalElectrical or related field 36 years of experience in engineeringfacilities maintenance asset management or resiliencebusiness continuity support roles
