Job Summary
Consulting Manager role in a global organization focused on delivering strategic and operational consulting services to property and casualty insurance clients requiring eight to ten years of experience in this domain working in a hybrid day shift model with no travel and driving impactful solutions that improve profitability customer experience and risk management for insurers and the communities they serve.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements for property and casualty insurance clients to design and implement solutions that improve underwriting accuracy claims efficiency and overall operational performance.
- Drive the development of client specific strategies that optimize product portfolios pricing approaches and risk selection while aligning with regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Coordinate cross functional project teams including business analysts and technical specialists to ensure that requirements for policy administration rating and claims systems are clearly defined and delivered effectively.
- Analyze current insurance processes data flows and system landscapes to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements that reduce cycle times and operational costs.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to prioritize transformation initiatives build realistic roadmaps and secure consensus on scope timelines and expected business outcomes.
- Prepare detailed business cases that quantify financial benefits customer impact and risk mitigation for proposed changes in underwriting claims handling and policy servicing.
