Drive the design and enhancement of AI infrastructure agent solutions that integrate analytics workflows with enterprise Service Now platforms in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI infrastructure agent solutions that integrate tightly with Service Now to automate incident handling request fulfillment and workflow orchestration in a secure and scalable manner.
- Develop robust interfaces between analytics platforms and Service Now modules to ensure efficient data exchange monitoring and reporting that supports transparent operational insights.
- Optimize AI agent performance by analyzing operational metrics and user interaction data refining algorithms and configurations to reduce resolution time and increase process reliability.
- Collaborate with analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI infra agent capabilities that drive measurable improvement in service quality and resource utilization.
- Configure and extend Service Now components to support AI driven automation such as intelligent routing prioritization and knowledge suggestions that enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
- Create detailed technical design documents runbooks and standards that guide consistent deployment scaling and maintenance of AI infra agent solutions across hybrid environments.
- Implement monitoring and alerting strategies for AI agents and Service Now integrations using analytics to identify anomalies early and support proactive remediation actions.
- Conduct performance tuning of data pipelines and Service Now integrations to ensure low latency response stable throughput and predictable behavior under varying load conditions.
- Coordinate with security and compliance teams to embed access control logging and data protection practices into AI infra and Service Now workflows supporting responsible and accountable operations.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex AI agent and Service Now incidents using structured analytics approaches to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Guide adoption of best practices in AI infra engineering and analytics usage within project teams helping peers apply standards that improve system robustness and business value.
- Evaluate emerging AI infra tools Service Now features and analytics techniques recommending targeted innovations that align with organizational strategy and deliver societal impact through improved service efficiency.
- Partner with business and operations teams to showcase how AI infra agent solutions and analytics insights reduce friction for end users and contribute to more responsive and inclusive services.
Qualifications
- Bring eight to ten years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise grade infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on AI powered automation in complex environments.
- Demonstrate expert hands on proficiency with Service Now configuration customization and integration including incident management request management and workflow capabilities.
- Apply deep domain experience in analytics including data modeling metric definition and insight generation to inform AI infra agent behavior and continuous improvement strategies.
- Use strong programming and scripting skills in common enterprise languages to build connectors automation scripts and integration components that support AI and Service Now workflows.
- Exhibit advanced capability in using monitoring and observability tools to analyze performance reliability and user experience of AI infra and Service Now solutions and drive tuning efforts.
- Communicate fluently in English as a native speaker across written documentation technical discussions and stakeholder presentations to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid work model by coordinating tasks documentation and collaboration tools that maintain productivity and alignment without requiring travel.
Certifications Required
Service Now Certified System Administrator or equivalent AI and analytics certification
